AFTER ATHEISM – WHAT?

MOST ATHEISTS DO NOT CALL THEMSELVES ATHEISTS!

Most Atheists simply think of themselves as trying to be honest and informed in their decisions and conclusions. Atheism is the scientific method of thinking. (It is a philosophy not a conclusion.) The philosophy of Atheism is not to be confused with one of its conclusions. If one uses the honest philosophy of Atheism and uses the scholarly open-minded research methods of Atheism, he is an intellectual Atheist in his thinking no matter what he calls himself.

What happens philosophically, after one actually begins to utilize the honest open-minded Atheistic approach to the problems and questions of life? What happens when one begins an honest quest for truth and morality in his personal life?

What happens when one realizes that most of the common religious and social teachings are simply religious and social propaganda designed to herd mankind deeper into slavery-hood? What happens when one realizes that these are simply efforts to enslave the minds of sincere people who wish to do right and who wish to do good?

Here is what really does happen when one honestly opens his mind. He gradually becomes a true Atheist in his philosophy and in his activities even if he calls himself a Christian. Yes, a person can call himself a Christian and still follow the open-minded approach to the problems and quandaries of life. That is because Atheism is the method of honest scientific, research and thinking about the problems and claims that daily confront us. Atheism is not merely the conclusion that there are no Gods as described to us by the religions.

The quest for truth and morality will never cease to be of concern to the Atheist. Now that his life has been cleansed and freed from falsehood, fantasy and false faith, the Atheist becomes open to follow the paths of truth no matter where those paths lead.

ONE CAN BECOME ATHEISTIC IN HIS THINKING WITHOUT BEING LABLED AS AN ATHEIST BY OTHERS!

Why must honest thinking people suffer under the nametag of “Atheism” falsely placed upon us by religion? Why has no Atheist ever been allowed to define Atheism for the reference books in the USA? The nametag “Atheist” is one of the Christian methods of censoring and criminalizing the honest philosophy of Clear Thinking (or Atheism). The dictionary and encyclopedic definitions of Atheism is just another Christian attempt to further the illusion that Atheism is immoral, ungodly and anti spiritual. Religion fears the light of truth. When Atheism focuses honesty upon religion, it is revealed as the demonic deception that it is. Yes! The truth tellers of Atheism are the most feared people by those who operate by deception and lies.

Atheism is the conclusion that honest thinking is better than believing unsupported mystical claims. Atheism is not the conclusion that there are no Gods. Atheism is the conclusion that there are no such Gods as described to us by the various religions.

If evidence or proof were presented that there really is a religious God then Atheists would conclude that there is a religious God.

The fact of the matter is one does not even become Atheistic in his thinking if he is not concerned for Truth in research, Justice in society and Morality in his own life and in the life of his fellow citizens. It is the dishonesty and maliciousness of the world (and its institutions) that drive certain honest moral individuals to examine the core of this dishonesty and deception around them. They shortly observe and conclude that it is “belief” in the false claims of their government and “belief” in the false claims of their religion that fuels the fires of these hostile criminal activities and attitudes in our world.

These honest people soon become Atheistic in their thinking. They become more honest in their philosophical outlook on life. They often use other names to identify themselves (like Free Thinker, Secularist, Humanist, Clear Thinker and such). Some Atheists even call themselves Christians, and I think rightly so because these Christian Atheists soon arrive at, and display, the attitudes and actions of honesty and justice in their thinking and activities. That way of acting and thinking is what Christianity calls Atheism.

Atheism is not a rebellion against a God nor is it a rebellion against spirituality. Atheism is a rebellion against falsehoods, injustices and evils.

If it were proven that there is a religious God then Atheists would conclude that there is a religious God, but they would still be Atheists. That is, they would still be against falsehood, injustice and immorality. Atheism is simply the scientific method used to find, sort and examine the information and facts about any matter. It is the method used to draw conclusions that remain true to all the facts and retains harmony with good wholesome morality. Then the Atheist constructs his life and lives it according to those facts.

Atheism is not a conclusion about a God.

Atheism is the honest scientific method of thinking.

Atheism is the hunt for truth, justice and morality.

Now many people use the conclusions of Atheism to justify immoral and unjust behavior just as many people use the teachings of religion to justify their immoral and unjust behavior. Those people are neither Atheists nor or they Christians. They are simply immoral pagans no matter what they call themselves. They are following and acting out their own illogical and immoral beliefs.

Upon close examination of the wickedness and destructiveness in the world, the moral individual discovers that the root cause of these external and internal evils of mankind is based upon what one accepts as being true. In other words, what one “believes” (his religious, social and political philosophies) determines one’s actions and reactions. Most people believe they are doing “good” even when their actions and attitudes result in the worst of inhumane consequences.

If an action caused (or supported) by a belief results in immoral and inhumane conduct, crime, war and destruction of society, then that belief is false.

The cause and propagation of these wicked activities are rooted in one’s belief and in one’s acceptance of these falsehoods as being true. Many people actually believe these anti-spiritual and anti-humane teachings are “good.” They believe the claims and actions of their religion and their government are good and true. They believe these false claims and actions are based on “good and moral” thinking. They believe these falsehoods are in some way coming from their God and are sanctioned by Her or Him.

Therefore, some who call themselves good, patriotic believers in Jesus or Allah will engage in and support harmful and destructive actions and attitudes recommended by their government and their religion. Religion and government know they are lying to their believers. They call these lies “Noble Lies.” These lies are used to keep people in an ignorant fog “for their own good” and for the good and profit of the deceivers. A president once said, “If you knew what I know you would agree with me.” That is how political and religious lies work! By “Believing” in the immoral, the unjust and the unbelievable lies, people are deceived. Then they commit evil with a good conscience.

These religious and political beliefs, based on falsehoods, lies and propaganda, not only promote war, crime, greed and other inhumanities, they also separate the individual from himself and from true personal spiritual growth.

Personal spiritual growth is destroyed by these false religious and false political teachings and actions. Believers are taught that one can only have a spiritual, godly and moral life by placing his trust (believing) in the claims and promises of his religious institution and by placing his faith and future in the hands of the immoral teachings, claims and propaganda of their religion and government.

Here is a secret for you! Atheism is simply the first honest step a person (or mankind) must take on the road to sanity. Atheism is simply the first rung on the ladder reaching from insanity to sanity. Yes! Mankind as a whole is now insane. Atheists have researched, studied, and proven that the origins of all religions and governments are not only manmade, but are made to be a political force (hierarchy) used to control and manipulate the people.

Atheism is not the negation of the good nor is it the end of spiritual growth as claimed by the religions. Atheism is simply the scientific method used to identify the unjust, the untrue and the evil taught to us by religion and government, which our authorities call “The Truth.” Atheists then reject the lies, fabrication and propaganda of these untrue claims by religion and government.

Indeed, after the rejection of these untrue beliefs, Atheism becomes fertile ground for the attitude of honesty and justice. Atheism promotes the continued hunt for truth and the return of the individual to the good, the moral, and the sane personal spiritual life.

Generally speaking, Atheists are far more moral and spiritual than Christians because they are more concerned with truth, honesty and justice. They are willing to change their conclusions when new or different facts are found. Atheists are more in harmony with themselves, with nature and more secure in their own decisions and actions. Atheists are more spiritual in their self-development and in their relationships with others. Atheists are more “god-like” than Christians. Any good, just God would approve of the life, the attitude and the honesty of Atheists as opposed to the false claims and the harmful actions of fundamental Christians and super patriots.

At present, the honest attitude of Atheism is only available to you as an individual. If enough individuals find and regain their quest for sanity and spirituality, Atheism can and will become the starting point for a sane world in the life of the individual. Atheism is the first step in gaining true personal spiritual development. Atheism is the first step in revealing the truths about mankind, his true powers, his true history and his true beginnings.

Atheism (within itself) is not the goal or the end of our life quest. Atheism is only the beginning of our enlightenment. Atheism directs us on the just path to self-realization, self-fulfillment and social harmony.

The philosophy of Atheism is also the scientific method one should use to both understand and then to claim his true destiny and that of mankind. Atheism is honesty in action. This honesty in thought and action is what the Christians mockingly call “Atheism.”

Atheism is also the starting point for the work of that Spirit of Liberation, Power and Truth within each of us (which the Christians personify and name the Holy Spirit). The first work of this Spirit and attitude of truth in us is to reveal the harm and the lies that the religions and governments have forced upon us. Then this Spirit of Truth takes the eraser of sane clear thinking and cleanses our minds from these past errors and falsehoods. It cleanses us from the propaganda forced into the minds of mankind by our religions and governments. In this cleansing, the errors, evils and injustices are made known.

The individual Atheist begins at once the remedial procedures necessary to cleanse his own life from these false teachings, claims and actions. In other words, Atheists learn from their mistakes, and better yet, they learn from the mistakes of others. We learn why they are mistakes. We learn how to correct them. We learn how to avoid them. This is the honest spiritual attitude that the Christians call Atheism.

The teaching of this Spirit of truth within you says that, “First, you must be born again.” What does that mean? It means you must be willing to follow the truth no matter where that truth leads. It means you must shed your prejudices, your biases, your beliefs, your cultural concepts and your concepts of right and wrong. Born again means your mind must become clean and fresh like the mind of a baby or a little child. It means you must rid yourself of foolish fears, falsehoods and fantasies. It means you must learn to trust the Spirit of truth within you. Follow the wisdom of this Spirit in you and you are truly a “Born Again Atheist.”

True spirituality does not come from outside of us. It is not something that can be poured into us. Spirituality is not the recitation of some magic words found in a magic book. Spirituality is not begging something for nothing from the sky. Spirituality is not confined to visiting a certain place once a week. Spirituality is not a group thing. Spirituality is not a magic formula written out in an ancient book of spells. Spirituality is not something that is bottled up that you can get at a God Shop and simply take it from time to time and become spiritual.

Spirituality is the worship (doing) of truth, justice and health.

Spirituality is serving (helping) our fellowman.

Atheists know that spirituality begins with the Spirit guided mustard seed of “honest doubt.” That seed grows and produces inside of the individual. By the personal efforts of the individual, he/she listens to the Spirit of Wisdom within, and acts and thinks according to that wisdom. Atheists know that the admonition "Know Thyself" is the true secret to eternal spiritual growth, and it grows and becomes true integration with the universal Spirit of love and creativity. This honest, holy personal spirituality, the Christians call Atheism.

This Spirit dwells in each of us. It is that still small voice of honest doubt that keeps saying and repeating, “Something is wrong here! See the mess and destruction the philosophies of our religions and governments have forced upon us. See how they have entangled each of our lives in this evil mess. See how they have hidden the true history of religion, the true history of philosophy and the true history of mankind from us. See the horrors and terrors. See how law is used to produce oppression and injustice. See the corruption and greed. See the theft of your personal property through their vulture type laws. See the loss of respect and compassion for human life, for humanity and for the human species.

See the destruction of Mother Earth. See the fouling of the air. See the polluting of the water and the polluting of the very land you depend on for all of your food and bounty. See the problems caused by gross over population. See the gap between the greedy rich that get richer and the poor that have their poverty magnified. See our waters become sewer water. Could all this malevolence come from something that is good?”

Atheists answer, “Certainly not!” Where is the compassion, the responsibility and the humanity that you know is the correct way to live? And the Spirit within us does not stop with this first step. This is Atheism at work.

Having seen and understood these things, the next step is to tell others about it. You are now being told. Following that step, we must move on up the ladder in our personal lives and in our public lives. A recent survey (I am paraphrasing from memory) states that a large portion of respondents to a questionnaire stated they would rather have their children marry a Muslim, a Buddhist, a Jew, a Black, an Indian, an ex-convict and even a politician or lawyer, and many other reprehensible people than for their child to marry an Atheist. Do lies and propaganda work on believers? Yes! That is something else that is true - and you know that too! Why? Because believers do not think beyond what their authorities allow and have programmed into them.

So why are Atheists so hated and feared by religion and government? Because Atheists find out the truth about things and faithfully tell the truth to others. Religion and government cannot operate if the truth of their activities and claims are made public. You know that is another fact. Why are governments and religions so closely allied? They must hide both the truth and the history of their claims, agendas and activities from the people. That is why.

Both religion and government operate on lies, on secrecy and falsehoods. They hate it when the light of truth shines on them. Why must holy men defend their claims by promising dire future hellfire consequences if you do not follow their ways and teachings? Why does the government seek to take away the freedom of speech and the freedom of research? Why is everything hidden and labeled as National Security? Why does the Christian religion make their very worst and unforgivable sin “honestly doubting” what the Bible and the prophets claim?

Is it a good thing or a bad thing for Atheists to not believe these lies, propaganda and falsehoods? Is "exposing" these lies good spiritual morals or bad spiritual morals?

The lie hates the truth. The lie is afraid of the truth. Therefore, at all cost the truth telling Atheists must be transformed into demons and traitors. They must be shunned as the worst possible people both religiously and politically. Good Christians and good patriots must lock up their brain and never listen to what clear thinking Atheists have to say, nor read any writings by them. The people are taught that all Atheist are evil, immoral and nuts.

Atheists must be forced to hide and cower before the power and authority of religion and government. The government passes laws to make it a criminal offense to expose a government lie or to expose their immoral activities. Thus, Atheists are labeled as criminals as a result of their own spirituality and honesty. By the new laws of the United States Congress and the presidential decrees, all Truth Tellers and Atheists are now criminals. The government is building concentration camps for us and the Christians are applauding.

Who supports and votes for this lying government and lying religion? Certainly, it is not the Atheists. No! It is the selfish unspiritual religious and political believers who find support, comfort and companionship with other such greedy unspiritual individuals and their organizations. There is little difference in political parties and religions.

The concept of “Spiritual” is the opposite of the concept of “Religious”.

Religion is a form of tyrannical mind control of mankind that impedes personal spiritual growth. Then this hierarchy of religion and government is forced upon us. Either you are a patriot or a traitor. You are either a believer or a heretic (Atheist). You are either for us or against us. You are either going to heaven or hell. You are either a conformist or a nonconformist. Nonconformists are very bad people.

Now a hierarchy tells you what to believe and what to do, and you better conform because nonconformity and thinking for yourself is against the “law.” They tell you what they call the truth and what they call the untruth. They go to great lengths to stifle the Truth. This hierarchy robs you of your independent relationship with yourself and with the Spirit of Nature and Truth. This hierarchy seeks to cut you off from Nature’s Knowledge, Wisdom and Truth within you. Religion and government wish to insert themselves between you and your personal spiritual growth.

Religion and government wants you to get all of your morals, ethics and “spirituality” from them. They teach that you know nothing and they know all.

Religion substitutes (inserts) their religious claims and practices between you and your personal spiritual evolution and growth. Believe certain things and you no longer have to struggle personally. Everything is taken care of “FOR” you. Religion and government have a motto: [Let “George” do it for you.] In other words, your personal spiritual growth is emasculated by the religious propaganda, practices, prevarications, claims and especially by their plans of salvation. And do not forget, it is the religious philosophies that control the actions and activities of our governments.

Nothing should come between you and the leadership of the Spirit of Truth and Wisdom within you. Atheism and science is a search for the universal truths of life and that includes the hunt for a religious God. You should not allow anything to come between you and your personal spiritual growth.

Which brings us to the question, “What does Spiritual mean?”

“Spiritual” simply means our own personal moral, mental, psychic, and social development, our own personal humane evolution. Spiritual means the quest for Truth and Justice in all things. Spiritual means the abandonment of the immoralities, the abandonment of the untrue, abandonment of un-sane activities and abandonment of the lies substituted in place of the truth. Spiritual means abandonment of the greed, wickedness and poverty of spirit forced upon us by religion and government. Spiritual means the personal search for knowledge, wisdom and the universal truths. Spiritual means knowing yourself. It also means the application of those truths to our own lives.

Since when has “patriotism” meant the sanctioning and supporting of the horrors of crime, greed, corruption, conquest and war? Since when has “religious” meant to conquer or kill those who do not believe the same lies, fables and claims that our believers do? Since when has “spiritual” meant to harass and harm those who believe differently from us? Since when has someone been appointed by the Almighty to do our thinking and decision-making for us?

Since when have the powers and bounty of the Universe become the private property of holy men, accredited scientists and greedy corporations? Since when have the people of this world allowed Mother Nature to be patented, owned and sold by the destroyers of life and the destroyers of Personal Spirituality?

Since when has modern man sold his future and his soul to the god of mammon, the god of wealth, the god of greed? Since when has the power and control over us by our religious authorities become a substitute for self-development and personal spirituality?

The simple answer to all those questions is:

“Since religion began to be taught to mankind.”

Atheists do not separate or rank religions. Atheists consider all religions as a detriment to the well-being and spiritual development of all people. Of course, some religions are more harmful and some are less harmful. But, all religions are harmful. Some good spiritual philosophies have been called religions or have grown from a philosophy into a religion (of sorts) by misguided leaders. Such are Buddhism and Confucianism.

The practice of the honest methods of Atheism is the only way mankind will ever find salvation out of the mess and black hole into which religion and government have crammed us. Humanity has become slaves, as individuals, as nations and as a world. We have been given a good brain and we refuse to use it. We must use it to protect ourselves from the falsehoods, inhumanities, wars, lies, evils and controls being foisted upon us by religion and government.

In conclusion, and to answer the question, “After Christianity-What?” and "After Atheism-What?" we see that the honest, clear thinking method of Atheism is the only real hope that the individual or mankind has to escape the mental and spiritual stranglehold placed upon us by religion and government. If we are to develop spiritually, live a good moral life, and learn to know the “Laws of Truth” and use the powers of the universe within us, we must free ourselves from the falsehoods of religion and government. We must “Be Born Again.”

Atheism is our first infant step into the wonders, powers, laws and wisdoms of our own mind and Spirit. Atheism is our first step into the understanding of the universal truths and the universal mind, which is within us.

Before you can sow good seed, you must disrupt and plow up the grown hard ground. Religion and government are hard ground that we must plow up.
